O.K. lets take a look at what is happening here..
Price goes to .32 cents in a hot second, duhh we know this, but why??
As i've said before i'm pretty new at this. Not new to business, not new to investing, and not new to corporations, just new to public stocks, especially bb and pinks.. Volatile investing..
So, somebody said dilution.. But I don't understand where the PR and 8-K says delution.. It says warrant to purchase, they can buy,, so where is the dilution can somebody explain this??
It seems from the price it is dilution, which means what? In our case it means we got a sale going on until, IF dilution, these 10million shares are absorbed.. So please explain to us, somebody who understands how warrant to purchase spells dilution?
All right, given this dilution situation if it be, then what??
For me this means our stock is stuck. It means that until this "dilution" is absorbed we aint going nowhere, except if the quarterlies improve public demand..
But there's a funny thing.. If dilution is occurring and sale is going on and quarterlies improve demand, then the bulk of the 10million shares get sold for much more than .32 cents..
In order for this whole thing to proceed, properly the shares need to average at .32 cents. This means they can sell at a average, from .28 cents, say, to .35 and blend creates a average..
But if there aint no dilution going on, shares aint being sold then what? The public is delusional.. Ha ha..
We have a stock that is seriously under priced, most of us know this..
What is killing many of us is, we knew that those quarterlies meant we would have seen the price go to .60. but now it is kicked back.. Why? Why would our company do this? ENTENTIONALLY... What's up with that?
Ideas? suggestions??
Why would our company want to slow down the growth value??
What? them communists that want to see US set on a seriously undervalued stock, so they kill the value every time?? Not likely, Ha ha.. There's a plan in this all, our company did not get to where they are by giving things away..
Or, is our company doing this, or is it us? If there is no dilution, then public is delusional.. Ha ha, but seriously..
Thinking caps needed, everybody including our company wants to make money, so lets try not blaming them.. There's always a stratigy....
