I hope we will see soon some PR`s with clear facts - (whatever they are)from the company, as Mr. Malyshev must have realised the critical status the company value has reached now with the RS (IMO to early) - as well all this in the past released PR`s with anticipated new projects/goals and no follow-up information.

The recent PR is already a good step in the right direction - more or less confirming that at this point we have only two valuable assets Saratov + Neftegazenergo. If the US audit company confirms the value of this two assets with apprx. 95 mio. $ (as indicated from the company) - I`am fine with it - as a new starting point - to go forward.

If the restricted shrs. are really frozen (who knows) till april/may 2008 - then the actions in the next few months are ultimate.

What I like to know from Mr. Malyshev asap.

Status of buy-back - amount of free-float - OS /without buy-back - Date of US audit termination - Date of new starting reporting - uplisting (where/when) - Status of promised Dividend - Plans of issuing new shares + finally a true answer of the status of SNFG and near-east projects/deals - as well the situation of the ex ndol issue.

Let`s see if the company is willing to work now together - with his investors.
