Thanks gabkok. I held through the EOD anyway, just like I held through the last P&D that happened with the October PR about the dividend. I'm not holding a ton of shares so it is all part of a learning experience I suppose. Your posts definitely did NOT answer my questions but oh well. It would have been nice if I would have got my arse out of bed with the bell like I do on most trading days. In retrospect, I would have sold in the .005 or .006 for a 2X-3X and still got the Thomas Pharm shares (if they are actually delivered). I just didn't know, and still really don't for sure know, whether one must be on record at the end of the ex-dividend trading day to be considered eligible.
