In an effort to attempt to better understand the details of the licensing agreement with Armor All/STP - to get a better feel of what production and marketing assurances a licensee must gurantee, I emailed the following to Clorox IR. I also called every number at IR. No returned calls yet. No reply to my email yet.

Greetings from New Mexico, I'm an individual investor in CHDO. In regards to Capstone Industries claim of being an official licensee of the Armor All/STP Products Company. What is required of a company to become a licensee? What minimum capacities or performance criteria need be "guaranteed" to be a licensee? Any information on this specific case will be appreciated.
