On that chart I was projecting the first target of $3.50 and then $3.00.

When they get this cheap technical target projections become less accurate. You need to respect the trend and think in terms of dimes and quarters for targets.

The trend is still down. It could very well start moving higher this afternoon, but there is no sign what-so-ever of that being the case.
