From the link on the previous post. So what, if any, is the difference between OWNING on the 14th and being ON RECORD on the 14th. Same thing? Different? If you sell today, do you show as on record AND as owning IVOI on the 14th??? Is it just all word play to pump the price by confusing investors? I have heard all manner of various opinions about this, from this board. Forbes article previously posted is good explanation but says nothing of the requirement to OWN shares on the record date. I'm calling Delores....
