Quasi, you are wrong about 'too much'

1st, the stockcharts offer this for premium
So they charge for it and then they offer it (supposedly)

I use Stockcharts for years and never had problems in this regard and I even had poor hardware and I'm sure stockcharts had poor hardware too at the time, and I even had modem connections.
ALL WORKED JUST FINE

So I am sorry but facts say we should totally dismiss your point about 'too much'.

2nd, I did NOT have problems so far until 5 days back!

I should add that stockcharts has better hardware, and I also have new very capable hardware along with dedicated high speed connection.

There is absolutely no way you can justify the down.

As for 'wow, too many and you need to simplify' I agree that simplifying is good and is one of my goals. I HAVE simplified and still working on it but almost all is rather essential.

Stockcharts do offer the possibility of many overlays for a reason you know. I am not the only one using many overlays so if you did not hear or see until now is not of much relevance.

I pay for service to maximum there is and as such in fairness you should not tell me to use just few indicators so 'we all have fast charts'.

And to highlight how unjust this is to ask from me I'll tell you that I only make a refresh few times a day ! Typically once per hour but oftentimes once per 2-3 hours.
I do have another charts (service) you know which I use heavily.

And even AH those daily charts from stochastics will not show.

And I notice 99% same speed (fast or slow) during market or AH. AH is just marginally faster.

If I'd 'show and tell' my charts you will agree that all is needed to be had even though 10% is used at any given time.
It's a lot to learn you know.

Simplifying is my dream and my goal though and any thing I added was not easy on my nerves because of that. But some things I added actually make me feel good.

Sorry for the long story and any friction that might have been.

I appreciate your help.
You are one of the good guys.

p.s. still no one from stockcharts reply...
I am sure when competition eventually will grow on them they will rise their customer service to standards.
They are playing with fire by frustrating and ignoring customers.
