They also have tons of info that is easily verifiable.

As for financials, it is what it is. They are a pink. Pinks all want to be on the Naz. Every pink CEO will tell you this if you ask him this:

Do you plan to move off the pinks?

Pink CEO: Yes, our goal is to uplist to otcbb then move on to the Naz...

PBLS, is a pink and treat it as such. I learned that lesson for myself and it has brought me a better understanding of the wild wild west.
