My reply from D. Keeney received today. Don't ask me if I'm surprised by the response. FYI...I checked Addax's website, found the information inside of 30 seconds and forwarded it to D. Keeney. You can check the original email I sent to him by the post I am replying to. Anyway, his reply:

I’m just getting back to the office after four solid days of meetings, and oddly I had the ability to receive e-mail during these days but my outgoing e-mail would go through. So I apologize for the slow response. Being responsive to shareholders is something we take seriously.



Can you point me to where your information on the Addax announcement of schedule changes is coming from? They haven’t issued any news releases, Edgar filings or 8Ks that I’ve been able to find. If it was simply a comment their CEO made at a conference, it would probably not be an adequate disclosure to enable ERHC to issue its own announcement. You need to understand that we are under strict constraints as it pertains to what, when and how we disclose such information.



I have calls and e-mails into their PR and investor relations personnel as well to get a handle on what was “announced.”



I appreciate your help in tracking down the information.
