Hey Chevy,

Hope things are well.

I was taking a look at the iBox today and I noticed there was a blurb in there dated 5/21 regarding the company interviewing potential CPA's to prepare audits prior to filing a 10-SB. Obviously, there has been a lot going on with this company since May, but I was curious if this subject has come up recently in your conversations with David.
