Form T trade...

Nasdaq stock: just a trade occuring after market closes
nonNasdaq: pre/post mkt trade...

both just indicator of trade outside of market hours...a Form T trade posted w/in trading times = a posted print that is out of order for some reason and just then being reported...sometimes a basket of smaller trades all posted as one large trade
