if you want to build an empire and surprise wall st.. than you pick a place introuble that carries the bad rep worst credit and so forth.. for one you get the best deal when someone is in trouble, and second nobody would see you comming especially if you had the dollars to all of sudden pull something off like chris galo is about to do....
