I tried to come up with a realistic number. When you start telling people you are grading .5 oz/ton their eyes bug out. Tell them you are going to grade higher and they do go into convulsions like you said. I agree they won't pay taxes for a little while but until we see their tax losses it is hard to say. One problem I had was trying to find similar Junior Gold stocks to compare it to. Finding any that are actually producing gold is hard enough but finding ones making money is next to impossible. We will be a very unique story in the near future.
