Bruce mentioned that the acquisition of Brookwood has enabled the Brookwood folks exposure to the device industry that has a place for their technology and what they bring to the table. It enables SRDX access to the broad horizons of the pharma industry and 'follow on excretalogics' for drugs that are facing patent expiration and need site specific drug delivery. Its a very nice synergistic marriage here. Both parties have a lot more to gain as a combined entitity with better goegraphical distribution. They need to set up a shop in New Jersey where the big Pharma lives too.
