I'm not sure of Offor's age but this may explain his thought pattern. at 55 you think you still have the world by the butt, at 60 you know you have a good hold but some doubts as to for how long at 65 things may be a little more negotable by 67 the futue is not as important as the present and by 70 its can I complete what I'v dreamed of. JMO May be what Offor has on his mind and the game plan the buyers have over him. Extend the time for success.
