The figures are skewed because of the rules.
For instance if a soldier is fatally wounded and still has life he is airlifted to Ramstein ASAP where if he then dies he is not counted on the Iraq death toll but from 'other' causes !

There are discrepancies in the number off Iraqi deaths too.
"The Lancet'a highly respected medical publication put that at over 600,000 last year. US figures are less than 1/2 that at best.
I beleive the last official US figure was less than 100,000?

Its worse than a mess or a lie.
