Reagarding my email to RP

I asked why we did not have a place in the IBM booth and if we would recieve royalties on the MTV player


Thank you for your e-mail, Marc. e.Digital will be paid royalties on
each
production unit. We look forward to announcing further information
regarding
DataPlay-enabled, e.Digital-powered products. As for IBM, I don't think
they
had an official presence at CES this year. They were not listed as an
exhibitor in the 2002 International CES Official Show Guide.
