Why not RS? I know the reason most pennies RS is because they have run out of shares to dilute, post RS they continue to drive the price down.

In a RM situation, a RS may be necessary to get the price in an area that will attract larger investors. It may also be necessary to be considered for an uplisting. AEi just needs to have the goods to support the post RS PPS.
