The latest letter (actually dated this May!)from the E&O ,D&O insurers is dynamite ( on JM's site).
I cant see them coughing up on the class action lawsuit now.
I think it details quite well the nature of the SEC investigation.

Good call on EGIM the other day. I havent enough to play the slight ups and downs. Will be interesting as the 14th approaches. I expect some news or at least some visionary statement.
