Easy answer. You really are clueless, LOL. With an A/S of 2B, they can just keep on dumping until the end. Look, suppose they had tried to dump 1B all at one time back when this POS was much higher. The impact would have been brutal and the pps would have collapsed in a blink. Instead, they play it the way Cornell does with the companies they destroy. You just keep dumping gradually into an ever increasingly lower pps with an ever increasing number of shares (5M x 0.004 = 40M x 0.0005) Eventually, you either run out of shares and you either use the pinkie ace-in-the-hole, the reverse split, or you declare bankrupcy and move on to your next scam.
