It means that foreign investors got millions of shares of stock and are sitting on a 1,000%++ profit in 2-3 months. Their shares are exempt from registration and can hit the market at any time.

So I disagree with your assertion that insiders own "basically 99%" of the stock. Methinks the float is about to get a lot bigger.

Do you find it odd that the stock price took off right after this cheap stock offering?
