A few wealthy investors should hire a patent attourney to find out - remember Falk in early interviews saying we' prefere an eventual working relationship as opposed the litigation on the flash patents. Could you imaging fred having to sit on that with us investors over the last 3 years - 3 years.... not long to pursue a dream of that magnitude.
