Anybody who holds the shares at the completion of the deal,probably near the end of January. Of course you won't be able to buy the shares at 10 cents as we near the completion date. Many will sell before the completion date,happy with their profits others will want full value. Its a market of supply and demand,you buy and takes your chance.
