It appears to me that this traded in this area early Oct. before the initial run. We have been gradually coming down from that run with some small spikes. During those spikes, people have been taking advantage of the opportunity to get out with as little loss as possible; therefore, killing the run. When those initial buyers are done selling, we will run again. JMO!
