It is also possible that this deal, and perhaps others, have been in the works for months now, so the pricing was from whence the arrangements were made. What I like about it is that I believe it shows an aggressive management who is still clearly sorting out exactly what they've bought, putting together Q1 numbers etc., but they still weren't going to let this important patent slip through their fingers. This may seem weird by the numbers, but I believe it is great news as it is indicative of a "whatever it takes" philosophy by management. It's just a very aggressive play for GTEC as they have plenty to take care of already. I like it.
