All I can say is that the patent must indeed be proprietary and also, as they stated, time-sensitive for them to resort to an issuance of warrants to raise a measly 5 mil. I guess it shows that the aggressive new management is committed the expansion of product lines, and that ultimately the $5 mil. is peanuts in the big picture.
