Mixed Feelings about the $3 Million private placement. As the open is significantly lower I guess there are others with the same concerns. In the big picture I don't doubt these 30 million shares will eventually be happily absorbed by the market. Unfortunately I think it could put a bit of a limit on share appreciation.

Truth be told I would have liked to participate in a financing like this. Unfortunately, such opportunities generally don't come to small fish like us.

Adding to product line is a good thing. It sounds like it was a time sensative decision and one that will pay rich rewards down the road. The valuing the offering according to current market prices questionable.
