I think it's mostly because the NQ's were already down huge before CSCO and CSCO's report really wasn't that bad, very conservative, also Gentle Ben speaks later. I don't think this bounce is going to last, market seems to want tyo correct now.
Look at NDX, that tell tale arch again and a horrible MACD. (JMHO) CHUBBIE
