I don't see that the Baxter patents have anything to do with share price right now, also like I posted earlier if Calypso held up their end of the deal IF Baxter sells out he will either have to refund what they spent for them or the company that buys them will have to honor the agreement. Plus what Calypso purchased was just a license to use the patents in the US the patents were still available for license in several other countries. So either Calypso will still have use or they will get their money back. IMO
