Thanks dale and Jim Bishop for your comments. I also read the 90 day sell clause as well yesterday when I read the info at http://shareholdercommunication.com that helihead provided.
Guess I'll hold on to these for awhile longer now. My intent was to have the restriction lifted and hold the shares in my account till such time as I felt like selling them, I Just didn't want to be stuck holding them without the control of when I could sell them especially if the stock took a sharp quick run up. Oh well, what's another year. LOL
