Catty, something ain't right here. Why would Moody offer HISS "$10M for their shares" when Moody was bitching about being owed shares back when all the legal stuff started? Why would he offer to pay for the shares, that he was so happy about all the loyal shareholders receiving in the first place ?? Also, I have been thinking for a while...that Frank was the holdup on all this restriction trouble...and your conversation with him is leading me more and more in that direction. Remember Fred mentioned in the shareholder's letter that Moody was seeking to have the dividend shares expunged? Well.....I think this is what we are witnessing.....his attempts to do whatever it is he is trying to do....messing with HISS shareholder's dividends.
