indeed.

I'm thinking more along the lines of a "real" value in the sense of book value per share. I'm guessing that once all the debt, pref shares, and pending lawsuits are factored in that real value PER SHARE will be a negative number. Obviously the pps can't go negative, but it can approach it down to a hundredth of a penny. really no matter how you shake that is bad for everyone involved.

I'll actually show a little optimism....a little.

I think PBLS will trend down for a bit longer to a 3 year low. I then think enough penny traders will see this as a bounce play simply because PBLS was once one of those well known stocks with a past story. Heck at .0025 it only takes 2500 to buy a million shares. In contrast my first million shares cost 30K. These people will likely buy in for a quick flip around half a penny which is now showing very strong resistance. Many current longs may also choose this point as an exit point. PBLS will also probably try to sell shares at this point. Osprey partners will also probably try and clear their remaining position. Their legal council who once owned over a million shares will probalby exit if they haven't already. This will likely cause a hard knee jerk reaction around half a penny. This reaction will quickly result in price capitulation.

Now for the good news. I'm almost ALWAYS wrong on pinksheet companies. The bad news is I could be wrong and tomorrow could easily be another day like today or worse.

Anyway I sincerly wish everyone here the best of luck. Many here think the worst is behind and rock bottom has been set in. I however think many people haven't looked far enough behind the curtain. I think the worst is yet to come. PBLS will "LIKELY" be investigated by the SEC. What happens if they are de-listed during an investigation...this is actually very common. How many here honestly think PBLS will survive an SEC investigation? Will the stock ever be re-listed? These answers I honestly don't know. I also had no intention of sticking around to find out. I took a large loss, but in hind sight I'm more prone to see it as I SAVED alot.
