IMO The K-Mart fiasco was a legal scheme by the big wigs in power in the co. It was strange to the little guy , and employees, who lost their investments to pay for the scheme. How the bankruptcy courts allowed this to go thru and not count in the realestate is a mystery to me. If you were a large holder when they filed bankuptcy and issued all new stock and voided their old stock like what happened to my wife. There was no feelings of remorse for employees with over twenty years of service. Lost everything and the the new board had the gall to file for a 32 million dollar bonus for coming up with a bankruptcy plan..Talk about stinky pinkies..Just hold tight and stay with this ship til we sail to DA MOON
