I guess it depends on how many of the 1B Aquagold holds from buying this from Jesse. As I recall the float on this years ago was slightly over 150M shares. I have tried to find my old notes to no avail and Raging Bull has deleted most of my posts from that period where much of the DD was posted.

If this number is close than there is no need for a R/S. If they are downgrading back to 1B then contrary to what some of the naysayers have posted, there was no dilution in recent months LOL.

This is great news. As most know, scam R/M's typicall do a R/S cutting us shareholders pretty much out of the mix, then issue themselves tons of shares. I likes this tidbit. Thanks for finding and reporting this so quick.
