Yes! Dpbm does have an obligation to inform it's investors of what takes place in the company. Unless of course they do not want investors. How many of you would have invested your money into a company who never told you anything? I am sure the answer is not many. They may not have a legal responsibility, but they do have a moral one.

A company is a business wether it is a Blue Chip or a Pink Sheet and if that company wants to stay in business they disclose, PR, CC, have investor meetings, etc. They do anything and everything that will make their company and shareholders profitable. They keep people interested until they hit Gold, then the company will sell itself. I just wish DPBM would do more of it starting with their web site. I would then be willing to invest more money into the company.
