But Biopulse International shareholdes (Common shareholders) are not converting over to ONYY..

Biopulse Inc. sold its OTCBB shell only for $18,000

To Mario...

Mario can't pay $18,000 for a OTCBB shell and obtain a $48,000,000 new technology and over $4,500,000 in cash.
