FYI - Tim is in prison. Nova lost its' EPA registrations and patents in a public auction to settle the Bankruptcy Trustees case against them for Fraudulent Transfer of Assets. Nova, Tim Moses and Dr. Kevin Smith lost a $1.5 million dollar judgement against Microbe Guard and the patent infringement suit is in summary judgment. Nova is virtually out of business and the remaining officers have quit and are attempting to hide their assets.

The stock holders have been screwed over just like the stock holders for IBCL. The stock holders watched and did nothing as their investments were pissed away. Funny, if you go back several years you will see that you were all warned that this would happen.
