Cat, I'm simply stating that the site was rushed. They could have waited until the original release date and avoided some of these issues altogether. Of course things will pop up now and again that we don't have control over (Murphy's Law), but it seems irresponsible to launch a new site with major flaws, especially when those flaws affect a possible revenue stream.

I like the site, I just wish they had waited until things were ready before releasing it.
