Steak, this is on a par with the person over on the Yahoo, raising the 'reverse engineering' - again!

Leaks - to use a topical term, would normally be associated with influence. Therefore, we all tend to watch the volume on buy, as an indicator. Then we all tend to say 'what gives?' and we get, rumour followed by press release. So, if we assume that Transmeta have not dripped info. then the posters source would likely be from the front end - ie. the company or affiliate negotiating or working with Transmeta. That would make sense. If this is the case, then the Yahoo poster could be creative with his evidence or clever with how he divulges inside information. It would be 'inside information', and to that end, he/she should have written nothing at all, and had the drinks he reportedly did not touch! Then, once his/her info. checks out, speak only to his/her broker! Perhaps as a tease on Tuesday or Wednesday, he/she could have written a post saying "bought another shed load today" - which ironically would have been totally ignored, or at best, since there appears to be some credibility of character, people might have responded with "what gives?" and he/she could have written "I don't know, just something inside - guts I guess", which would have been hilarious.

Now, what is my gut saying? I guess watch for Tuesday or Wednesday and then decide whether to add a few more. Bird X
