Morning all, question to the board. Was thinking last night about this money that went missing, When the hedge fund gave Xkem the 7 million was it to be used for certain objectives. If the money was used for personal use then that's a no no. But if it was used for any use within the company that is totally legal......say used in India, witch Pandey stated Xkem owned. Did the hedge fund have a say were the money could be spent within the company.Seems the hedge fund made an investment and as long as the PPS goes up and they make money who cares.
