I had a cusin that used to talk like you. He could not realize...

Lost his job at Countrywide (loan officer) sold his 2 boats, cash out 401k plan to pay credit cards, sold 2 cars (one of them Accura) and now wonders/ponders how is he gonna pay his house mortgage this month after he took 2nd mortgage (150k) to renovate his house and build the pool house.

Yes he still have a job, but his wife (poor lady) makes more money then him.

He change his way of thinking....you should too.

Makes sure the money you have will last you long enough.
