Hate legalize but the way I see it is a)No...I believe right now Pandey's assets mentioned in the Pledge Agreement are pledged to Alembic as part of that loan agreement(I could be wrong here-have to find that)-upon payment of Alembic, they are pledged to Basu...
b)if Pandey lost pledged assets to Basu, company would pay him-but we aren't there yet...not until Alembic paid off-or court proceedings/settlements wash it away
