Makes, can he drill or mine during the winter in Utah?
If not that pretty much sews up this year as more dilution for salaries with zero return.
If operations stop you know there is no way the share price can do any type of recovery before 2008.
Pretty simple to me. If he can't mine there is nothing else to lean on here. IMO
