OT: American "consumers" have shot themselves in the foot by supporting the cheapest priced options. If they were willing to pay more for something made in USA, businesses (or those "nasty" corporations) wouldn't have to look for the lowest priced method to provide their product.

China's ability to provide a cheaper solution is responsible for China's growth.

Nothing sinister about it. It is a global economy and we must compete to survive. There are exceptions like Harley Davidson and some botique shoemaker in Vermont, but the reality of the marketplace today is changing, as it alway has.

Nothing new.

Get used to it. And adapt.
