As hard as it was for me to get over this aspect of my COR holdings (they are a lot less than they used to be), at the end of the day, they are worth .60ish ..
Not the 2.00ish average cost, but whatever the market says they are worth today..
If I were to sell all of my shares today, then look at where I would invest my money going forward, I'd buy right back into COR, for I think there's a chance we'll see $2.00 in in a year or so.. I don't know of another stock where I see a 3x return as a good possibility.
That's the only way I can view things.. that's reality.. so why sell COR now? Everything up to this point is sunk cost..
I am looking to make some money back, and oddly enough, the horse that got me into this mess appears to be the horse that I can ride out of this mess.. IMHO ..
