IMO dilution is always a possibility even when the CEO says not. Why? Because plans and intentions change. They certainly have with Spooz. The important thing is will the added shares result in greater profits. I trust management here to only add shares to allow growth leading to greater profits.
If dilution does occur under those circumstances I would not fault the management or claim they lied to us as some here would. Go SPOOZ and 141. (just general comments not directed specifically to you Tek)
