"if it wasn't for that one lousy pr we would not be here in the subs."

Whatever. The price would have been here much sooner had they not announced the Komex deal.

Remember the "current information" provider that they were gonna be?

Remember the 815M shares that magically became 1.5B? Oh wait...what is the OS now?

The pps was headed this direction with or without Komex. The only thing the Komex deal did was provide a nominal amount of volume so they could sell more shares. If anything Komex just prolonged it. And BTW the real sell off started when we started hearing about the pit lwsuit. Once everyone found out that PBLS had been out right lying about how that was going is when many of us started selling. That combined with information from some of the other business owners convinced me that it was time to salvage what little money I could from this stock.

BTW what about those pref III shares?

So I'd agree with you if these things happened in this exact order.

1) Announce conversion of pref III to common followed by retirement.
2) Cancel the pref II deal.
3) Pay the full amount owed from divy payments to shareholders
4) Pay off the pref II shares in FULL. Meaning 6 cents and 8 cents.
5) Removal of a convicted fellon from the board so the company can leave the pinks.
6) Fire Mike Mulshine
7) Current information provider
8) Begin the preocess of filing form 10 and leaving the pinksheets.
9) Quit the pr campaing and let the real numbers to the talking.

If those 9 things were done PBLS would be worth owning again. However that will never happen. The last three years have been nothing but one failed promise after another with regards to transparency. They have lied to investors time and time again.

This company is a scam. Some might make money on this by trading it, but any that holds this like a long term investment at this point is going to loose every penny.

Oh and PBLS needs to quit buying. no more buying of anything. They need to sell off as many business units as they can and focus on running one or two in specific industries. they are simply not competent enough to manage a diverse holding company...heck most people aren't.
