All of the correcuption in the cigarette taxes occurs downstream of the farms and tobacco sales barns. If the Feds taxed the tobacco there, and distributed the money to the states based on monthly in-state purchase volume - all the Mob, middlemen and other cheats would be taken out of the picture. Simple, but effective IMHO.

TTN/QBID has another potential outlet via that company in Louisianna (..ask skunksyard, I forget the name..). And yes, you read that right. The CONTRACT that Fwankie and spam-o-ramaville are waving about is so much toilet paper until QBID puts up a signal, and the subsidiaries have subscibing customers.

If the contract was worth a squat, Fwankie should be able to pre-sell advertising and generate revenue therefrom.

The whole deck of cards is pure BS, until QBID launches. We all hope they do that, but it sure isn't in the bag at this point. As I understand it, Subway has been paid to pump the deal this time around - so the situation is looking better than it has in a looooooonnnnnnnnnnnngggggg time - and the s-p is still pretty darned cheap for a Casino Money gamble.

You just need to remember that if Fwankie's lips are moving (..and in sight..) he's probably BSing you.
