This 8k may have been for Soji(Oct 29 event)-hence 8k 4 days later...

as far as Alembic-note due 30 Sept-I believe they had 30 days to remedy-they did not, so it was included in the filing-I believe I read that in the Alembic Agreement somewhere-I may be crazy...

Also, isn't Pandey property used as collateral against loan????...maybe the company is playin' hardball with him-let loan lapse???...got a headache trying to read the Alembic Security Agreement...
