The following is certainly no defense of the silence and lack of info they have subjected us to-and resultant PPS plunge-but they have been somewhat consistent in disclosing certain material events since the filing of the last 10Q they filed in May for the 1st Quarter...

since then, they have 8K'd the following:

Addition of Swift to BOD
Addition of Biggs to BOD
Removal of B. Pandey
Removal of R.Pandey
Closing and downsizing of Headquarters
App't of Swift as CEO
Lawsuit by R. Pandey
Failure to file 10Q for Quarter 2
Change in Swift title to Oversight guy
Lowering of CD to .01 due to non-payment of Aug 31 interest to PIPE
new office lease
Termination of active operations XeChem India
status of XeChem ownership(or lack thereof)

and today's 8k...

certainly not the meat anyone wants to hear i.e. sales and factory status...is it because it would be bad news and they are working on it?...

or is there an agenda being followed to enrich a few and separate me from my $$...
